Staff Service: The staff is often praised for being welcoming, kind, and helpful, contributing to a positive experience for guests, particularly during special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. Their friendly demeanor is a highlight of the hotel.

Beautiful area and this place was probably pretty cool in it's heyday when it was originally built, but is questionable at best, now and desperately shows it's age. The "upgraded" room I paid for was terrible! The furniture in the room looked like the last upgrade was from the 90's! The carpet was gross and had rips all over the place. The room had a seriously funky smell to it. I had to bring in some of my essential oils to sprinkle just to make the smell tolerable! The bathroom looked like it had been upgraded in the last 10-15 years, and was probably the most updated part of the room. I went to the spa area to have a sit in the steam room and was grossed out. Walking into the steam room, I was instantly met with a funky smell of mold and/or mildew and there was VERY questionable black substance on the tile. I had to bring in several towels just to sit on so I didn't touch the tiles anywhere. Ultimately, I had to leave after just a couple minutes because I couldn't tolerate the smell. I was stuck in this place for 2 days because I was there on business. Had I booked this place with my own money and come here for personal reasons, I would have walked right back out after seeing and smelling the room. I paid almost $300 for 2 nights, which felt like overkill for the experience I had. Definitely would not stay here again unless they did some major renovations and upgrades to the place to get it up to 2025 standards! If I wanted to have a nostalgic experience from the 80's/90's, I'd go stay with my grandparents in their untouched house from the 70s. At least in THAT scenario, I would have been overfed with yummy comfort foods and loved to death by granny! I wouldn't even mind the mothball smell there!

Nice hotel need some TLC Lot of ripped And torn carpet each time we have stayed here we have not gotten to try the carousel so that is disappointing but it’s a great place to getaway
